About

The Emerald Heights International School, founded in 1982, has always believed in a distinct approach towards providing education to its students. It has adopted internationalism and holistic learning as its guiding principles and has always worked on a path to fulfil the basic purpose that these ideals serve. As part of this approach, the school has worked closely with the Round Square and has been an active participant in various conferences and service projects organised by Round Square.

This year, we’ve taken up the Round Square Anniversary Challenge. Under this project, we aim to bring about a change in the society. We’ve tried to identify one of the major problems that not only takes away the smiles from millions of faces, but also is an impediment in the nation’s road towards success. Yes, as part of the project, we shall be working on identify high- risk prone populations towards cancer and increasing awareness among them to mitigate the effects of this fatal disease.

The project is being executed in collaboration with the Indore Cancer Foundation (ICF), one of the top not- for- profit organisations that has worked to minimise the threats of cancer for a long time. The doctors from ICF shall be assisting us in various technical aspects related to cancer as well as conducting awareness campaigns. We believe that their experience and expertise, combined with our efforts, shall go a long way in making this project a huge success.
